Cancellation and No Refund Policy

At MV Image Consulting, we value your business and are committed to providing quality services. To ensure fair and efficient scheduling, we have established the following Cancellation and No Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by mailing us at sandra.mvimageconsulting.com

2. Rebooking: If you need to rebook your appointment due to a late cancellation, please reach out to our customer support to arrange a new appointment at your convenience.

3. Payment: The rebooking charge of 55 USD will be added to your next appointment's total, which must be paid prior to your new appointment.

4. Late Arrival: If you arrive 10 minutes late or more for your appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation, and you will be subject to a rebooking charge of 55 USD.

5. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our services, except as required by applicable law.

6. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. If you have a legitimate emergency please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess such cases on an individual basis and work with you to find a suitable solution.
